A: QuoteStation is unique web application, which provides distribution of real time date from regional Stock Exchanges. Beside possibilities of receiving data by using web application, it is possible to make data distribution by “*.xml file”.

Q: What are technical specifications required for using QuoteStation web application?
A: In order to use QuoteStation web application you need to:
Install Flash9 player. If you do not have it already installed, you can download it from here. Have full connection on Internet, without using of proxy server. Open port 8080 on your firewall.

Q: How to subscribe for QuoteStation?
A: Choose option subscribe on menu bar and enter your personal details, choose the Stock Exchanges whose data you want to receive, enter means of payment.
After registering, you will get an e-mail with the activation link and your subscription will be activated upon the receipt of your payment.
Q: How to prolongue my subscription?
In order to extend your subscription you have to navigate to the home page.In the main menu click Register. The page opens that says: My Account, where you need to log in to your account by entering your username and password. Inside your account there is a link Usergroup subscription through which you can extend your subscription if your current subscription is active, or to re-subscribe to the data with the preferred stock,if your subscription is inactive. Select a stock that you want to go ahead and follow the instructions.
Q: How much is QuoteStation subscription fee?
A: Subscription varies depending on the period in which the user subscribes to the stock exchange he chooses. A complete price list can be found here
Q: What should I do if data do not come in real time?
A: If you notice that you do not receive Real Time date, please check if your subscription is active
If your subscription is expired, do the procedure for subscription upgrading.

Q: How to verify QS expire date?
A: You have to be logged in to the application. Click on “Help”, after that “About” and expire date appears. or log in to www.quotestation.com on “extend subscription” with your Username and Password and click to “User details” and “View current subscriptions”.
Q: What should I do when received e-mail warning me about subscription expire date?
A: Login to www.quotestation.com on “My account” with your Username and Password and click to “Subscriptions”, after that appears screen “Wire Transfer” click “Next” and in the next step you choose one or more Stock Exchange’s and period of subscription. End the process by clicking “Finish” and “OK” in last step. After that, you will receive e-mail Proforma Invoice. As soon as you make a payment, your subscription would be automatically prolonged by the period of time you have chosen. In case that your subscription was out of date, you have to send payment confirmation by fax or e-mail.
Q: How to calculate subscription period?
A: Subscription period would be shown in received Proforma Invoice after the registration process is finished.
Subscription begins no later than the next day of subscription. We activate your subscription as soon as you send your payment confirmation.
In case that your subscription overcomes a few days, we recommend you to go through once again across subscription process in order to receive new Proforma Invoice instead of old one, which is going to be delete.
Q: How much is subscription fee for one month of Belgrade Stock Exchange?
A: Basic fee for using QuoteStation web application is 25 € per month and Belgrade Stock Exchange data is additional 7 (seven) € per month (altogether 32 €).

Q: Could I make registration as a Corporate and pay my subscription fee from company bank account?
A: During the registration process, it is necessary first to choose option “Corporate” and then to fill in all required data about your company.
Received e-mail Proforma Invoice would be assigned to your Company and you may pay it from company bank account.
Q: I cannot log in!?
A: Verify once again your username and password and pay attention using caps letter. In any case, if you are not sure about before mentioned click option “Forgot Password” and as soon as possible you will receive e-mail with attached username and password.
Q: Could I watch for two Stock Exchange’s on two different PC’s in the same time, using one user name?
A: It is not possible; with one username, you can use one computer. If you wish to watch for real time data using to computers you have to register another user account.
Q: How to make a payment?
A: Any Bank or Post office using common money order.
All necessary details and example how to fill in money order you will receive, by e-mail, after registration process.
Q: Could I watch for Level 2 on Belgrade Stock Exchange and Zagreb Stock Exchange?
A: Of course you could, QuoteStation application offers Level 2 up to 10 levels, for so much more equities as you wish, in the same time, without limits.

A: First you have to verify if all technical specifications are fulfill in order to use QuoteStation application

A: Login to www.quotestation.com using “extend subscription”, then click “User Details” and “Change Password”. Choose new one and change it.

A: Starting QuoteStation web application, anyone opened window pop up empty, so you have to fill it with equities you want to watch for. Clicking on icon: Search you will open symbol-searching window to search equity by the symbol or keyword, and after that using well-known “Drag & Drop”, you tow symbols to Level2, Market Watch, Charts or Time& Sales and fulfill any opened window.
Q: How to paint MarketWatch columns?
A: In order to enter the possibility you have to make left mouse bottom click on graphic symbol near to upper left corner of the opened window. There are to menu possibilities: "Options"and"Close". Clicking on Optionsyou can choose columns to be shown and its colors. For detailed information and graphic description, please download our “User Manual”.

A: When you start QuoteStation web application and open any window, they are completely empty, since you need to fill them in with the data you would like to monitor. Click on the icon: Search and search window will open, where you can look for the financial instruments per their symbol or a keyword, and then you can drag and drop them into the market depth window, Market Watch, Chart or Time&Sales windows, to make windows filled in with the data. The other possibility you have is within the window Chart – click on the option Symbol in toolbar, and add the required symbol to the window you monitor.

A: Starting QuoteStation web application you obtain completely empty workspace, which you have to shape in accordance with your desires and demands. Our suggestion is first to open MarketWatch window and locate it to left upper corner of workspace. After that open “Search” window and subsequently rest of windows. Just to mention that all new opened windows are without data and you have to fulfill it according to your affinities and demands.
Next step is to find securities, that is symbols, you wish to monitor price movements and insert them into your MarketWatch window. Initialy, this can be done in two ways – by drag’n’dropping the symbol from Search window or other window, or by chosing option Symbols/Insert (or Symbols/Add) on MarketWatch Toolbar menu.
